We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven and flexible individual to join our
busy ticket desk operation at our central London office. Working as part of a
team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with all aspects of
ticketing and reservations, offering our customers exceptional service. To be
successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in airline
reservations and ticketing, as well as possessing excellent communication and
customer service skills. Knowledge of Amadeus/GDS and competence in MS Office is
